“We needed two full bathrooms completely renovated/remodeled to include relocating sinks, showers and toilets. Additionally, we wanted some drywall, electrical and carpentry work done in our master bedroom and closet. With a detailed wish list, we got quotes from four big and small companies. None of the quotes offered enough detail with regard to price and time frames. Tyrone at Snosrap was the only company that took the time to have their trades people come out and actually look at the project. When he gave us his bid we knew that it would be realistic, barring any unforeseen issues that inevitably come up with a project like this. Tyrone drew up the contract, provided all his insurance information and came to our house again to go over all the details. We signed without any hesitation.
The project started on the date that we agreed to and except with one or two minor schedule changes, was on or ahead of schedule throughout the remodel. The work area was kept neat and as tidy as possible at the end of every day. Each tradesperson/crewperson that worked on the project was exceptional, and we always felt at ease with every one of them. They were friendly, courteous, willing to answer questions and on time. Throughout the process, Tyrone was either on site or provided daily progress updates via text, calls or email. We never felt in the dark about what was going on and never once worried about whether or not someone would show up.
It is our distinct pleasure to recommend Tyrone Parsons and Snosrap Enterprises for your big or small remodeling project. The workmanship and attention to details are outstanding. Tyrone and his family have created a construction company with integrity, a quality often advertised but not often received with other companies. We cannot say enough good things about Tyrone and Snosrap Enterprises.”

“We hired Tyrone to tile a bathroom after seeing the fantastic stone fireplace he built for a friend. Tyrone did a great job. He showed up at the agreed upon time; he was very neat and most importantly the tile work was perfect. Tyrone is also a genuinely nice guy and very pleasant to work with. We will use him again and I would highly recommend him.”
“When I had my kitchen remodeled I anticipated being most pleased with our cabinets, and I was pleased, but my favorite part of the remodel was the beautiful tile back-splash done by Tyrone Parsons of SNOSRAP Enterprises. We knew a general look we wanted and Tyrone really listened and understood. He made great suggestions and ultimately found the perfect tile combination to accent our kitchen. He was on time, clean, friendly and we couldn’t be more pleased with the artistic results. His quote was very reasonable and the results were far superior to our expectations. I would recommend him without reserve.”
“Tyrone Parsons with (Snosrap Enterprises) is a very talented, friendly and hard working professional! Tyrone came to us as a referral and he really lived up to his word and reputation! We added on 2 large rooms to our house and he matched our existing tile perfectly, worked steadily, cleanly and showed up to work with a smile. I forgot to mention that Tyrone is very trust worthy as well, I left my house a few times while he worked and he even let my dog outside for a potty break We actually have used him twice now and will again in the future!”

“From initial meeting to the bid, the design, the work, and the finishing, Tyrone and crew were all things you would hope to find in a contractor: prompt, courteous, clean, professional, personable, cheerful, and, of most lasting importance for the work, detail oriented, thorough, and skilled at their craft.
Tyrone started by explaining the basic construction options and offering his recommendations and reasoning. The job included going into the crawl space under the house to reinforce the joists under the hearth. This resulted in a rock-solid base for the hearth. We had already bought the flagstone, one large and three largish pieces of stardust quartzite. I had attempted to design an arrangement of the stones to achieve the size and shape required for heat and ember protection. After looking at the project Tyrone drew up some design options, all of which were superior to what I had come created. As we fine-tuned the design to make the actual cuts in the stone, Tyrone was very receptive to any and all input we provided. For example, there were visual features and patterns in the stone that we wanted to highlight, and he made sure to maximize those features. We were particular about the overall shape as well, and he was eager to incorporate our input into each cut.
To function as a heat shield, the tile wall needed to be built with a one inch spacing from the drywall. This created a tricky problem to finish off the visible edge of the tile and cement board backer while still allowing space for air flow. I had no idea how this could be done nicely, but Tyrone suggested a couple of excellent options. The result was a barely visible gap with a very clean visual line that still allows sufficient airflow at the sides and top. I couldn’t be happier with this result.
While laying the wall tiles Tyrone noticed, starting on the third box of tile, that the surface texture and coloration was slightly different from the first two boxes. He pointed this out and investigated. Ultimately the tile store corrected the order and the wall was completed correctly. Because of this, though, he needed to remove about 1/3 of the wall he had tiled and reschedule the work until the correct tile arrived. This, I think, is a good example of Tyrone’s attention to detail, integrity, and determination to make sure the customer is satisfied.
I can unreservedly recommend Snosrap Tile for any stone and tile work. The price I think was very reasonable for the work accomplished. The stone, tile, and grouting was done beautifully. And finally, Tyrone and Matt were truly a pleasure to work with.”
